Tuesday morning
Jo regelt (good morning).
It is a beautiful morning over here again. Yesterday was a really good day - praise God. Peace and calm at the childrens mission. Please pray that we not exceed 150 children and that not too many older children will be disappointed. Mothers and toddlers was really good. We had hoped though that there would be the chance for mums to be able to talk together and mums to be able to talk to us ( Jill and Marion ) are leading this. So please pray that these conversations do occur and can develop to something really deep.
We had a film night in Gyula where we showed a film about the book of Ester called the Invisible hand. Pray that this touched people showing them the love of our Lord and the intensity of the care he lavishes onto us. Dental took some time to sort out technical problems and worked late because of this, please pray that the equipment works well and that the team lead by Tony and Paul do not get to tired or stressed by so wanting to help people but being stifled sometimes either by the technology or the conditions (they are setup in a small house), pray that God flows into that house his spirit where everyone on the team is so on serving their patients and serving each other and also stay totally aware that they are really and truly serving Jesus.
Today the childrens mission are doing the story of Noah. Jed the puppet made an appearance and he went down well with the children. Please pray for Cath and Simon as they run the get together in the morning that this gets the day started on exactly the right way that being on Jesus. Also pray for Clair as she leads the whole, often with so many balls in the air tracking what ever team is up to and solving on the spot problems. Please pray for wisdom and strength and love for her.
Thank you - please also pray that the technology that I am using now keeps functioning and that I can keep the pray requests flowing. I know that so many of you are praying. If you do add any comments to any of these messages. When you do this your message is automatically sent to me via email and I will share them with the team to encourage them.
God bless you all
Love
your brother Stuart

Hi Stuart,
Lovely to hear your voice!!
I'm running off the Bible study booklets and will let Linda know that she needs to take them with her tomorrow. I doubt on this occasion that Rob will be calling by to do the stapling so I will do it instead!
The Safari Holiday Club is now in full swing here at HTC with just about 100 children on site for the day - do pray for us and for them as we share the good news with them all today.
Tom is tied up with the Holiday Club today (where he is known as 'Wise Tom') but he will be in touch via the blog once he gets a break from storytelling.
God bless you all,
Janet
When I heard about the floods in northern Romania and western Ukraine at the weekend, I prayed that they would not hinder your arrival or settling in. Praise God that your journey was unaffected (though it looked as though you were under a very black cloud at the border). Great to read how well everything has begun and that you are blessed with good weather (though I hope it doesn't get too hot!)We had a deluge here last night but it's fine again this morning and the oine-day holiday club has just got off to a flying start. Please give my special greetings to Tony and to the other members of the Petersfield team with whom I've had the privilege of serving in the Ukraine in previous years, to the HTC contingent and to Attila and Jeno and their families (and a hug to Teodora!) and (if you can pass messages to them ) to Katalina, Laszlo, Sabena and Hubert ; Jeno, Maria and Eva and to Bela - all in Uj Akli; to Laslo and Etus (Kocan) and their daughter Andrea and husband Miklos in Akli. Also To Akos and Viola, to the interpreters from previous years and especially my 'honorary daughter' Silvia.
You are all in my prayers this week as is everything which you are doing in the Lord's name -
Andrew
Hi Stuart and the team,
Greetings and peace to you all; please say "Hi" to everyone from the Mission Team and to everyone you are meeting out there. May God protect and bless you all.
The "Ukraine iPrayers" (the people on the email distribution list) have details of your latest prayer requests from the blog so be assured that you are all being surrounded in prayer.
I hope and pray the electricity is behaving itself and your current situation is good (pardon the pun ... just could not resist).
We will really hold up to the Lord the requests about the numbers of children attending and for it not to get unmanageable. Also all the contacts you are making and the dental treatment situation - it sounds like things are quite a challenge. May you all be filled with the Holy Spirit so you are fully equiped to take these challenges on and overcome.
It is good to know that He will always provide when we put our faith and trust in Him.
Praise the Lord!
Looking forward to reading the next missive brother.
With love and prayers.
God bless
Ian
